Frequently Asked Questions

All questions and tutorials
How often is the server status measured?

Every 15 minutes, with a direct query to the server itself — for both Java and Bedrock. Servers that cannot be reached from our network are measured by our own measuring node. How we measure.

How do I connect to the server?

In-game Play → Multiplayer → Add server, insert the address from the server page and confirm. The detailed guide for Java and Bedrock is in How to join.

How to vote and what is it for?

A vote moves the server up the leaderboard, and many servers give in-game rewards for it. You can vote once per 2 hours for the same server. More about voting.

Do you run a Minecraft server?

Add it for free: players will find you by mode, version, and player count. You'll see how many people viewed your server and how many voted for it.
