Terms of Use

What is MinecraftList.eu

MinecraftList.eu is an independent directory of Czech and Slovak Minecraft servers. Players use it to search for servers and vote for their favorites, while owners add their servers here and can buy a priority spot.

We are not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB. The server operators listed in the list are independent entities, and we are not responsible for what happens on their servers.

Account

• You can create an account with email, via Google or Discord.
• Please provide accurate information and, most importantly, an email address where our message will reach you.
• Keep your password safe; you are responsible for anything that happens through your account.
• One person should have one account. We delete multiple accounts used to bypass limits.

Servers in the list

• You can add only servers that you operate or for which you have the owner's permission. For a profile created by someone else, you can request to take it over — it is approved by an administrator.
• The entered address must be functional and must lead to the server that the profile is about. If the server does not respond for a longer period of time and it appears that it has ceased to exist, we can remove it from the listing.
• Profiles are published immediately after being added. However, we can edit, hide, or delete them if they violate these rules.

Voting

A vote moves the server up the leaderboard, and many servers give in-game rewards for it. Voting can every 2 hours; We monitor it by IP address fingerprint.

What is not allowed: vote using bots or scripts, bypass the limit (proxies, VPNs, multiple accounts), force players to vote in exchange for benefits we didn't agree on, or buy votes in any way. We delete such votes and can remove the server from the leaderboard.

Priority slots and Pro

• Priority spot means visibility — the server will appear at the top of the list with the label “sponsored”. It does not affect the ranking by votes in any way.
• The order is confirmed by an administrator and the slot is activated for the period you have chosen. Prices and durations are always listed on the page. Priority slots and in the order.
• Premium placement buys attention, not players — is not a guarantee of traffic or the number of players and it couldn't even be promised.
• If something goes wrong (payment isn't made, the address changes), contact us at contact form and we'll agree on how to fix it.

Reviews and content from users

• Please write politely and to the point. Reviews without experience with the server, insults, spam, and advertising for other websites have no place here.
• Reviews are published with a username. The author is responsible for their content; we moderate them and may edit or hide them.
• No one may insert content that violates the law or the rights of others.

Measuring server status

We measure player counts and server status ourselves, every 15 minutes, with our own query directly to the server. When we can’t reach the server, we write cannot be verified — it is not a claim that the server does not work. The measured numbers are indicative and are not a guarantee of availability nor the number of players. Details can be found in frequently asked questions.

What is prohibited

• To load the website with automated requests and download all content in bulk.
• Interfering with measurements, falsifying server data, or impersonating another server or another person.
• Bypass security features, limits and moderation.

We may restrict an account, server, or all access if this is not complied with.

Responsibility

We offer the website as is. We are not responsible for the content and operation of the servers in the list, for their availability, or for damages caused by playing on them. We do not promise uninterrupted operation of the website — we try, but an outage or measurement error can happen. Server operators are responsible for the rewards they promise to players.

Tags and content of the website

You may use the MinecraftList.eu logo, texts, and graphics with a link to us (badges and icons can be found at page of icons). We display the server name, description, and icon as entered by the owner or as sent by the server itself; the owner agrees to this when adding the server and can edit them at any time.

Changes and agreement

We may amend the terms when the website or rules change — the new version is effective from the effective date above. Czech law applies to them. If you're unsure about something or don't like something, write to contact form — we'd prefer to resolve it by agreement.
